Pain in the half of the big toe next to the second toe, as well as the second, third and fourth toe, is due to the L-5 Dermatome. (letter B)

The L-5 Dermatome travels up the top, and part of the bottom of your foot, and the outside portion of your leg. (see letter B, and the L-5 dermatome pathway).
